When asked if it was a “career peak” to be on the cover, Duff replied, “Explain the peak of his career. As a personal high or just as a big achievement? I remember saying, “It’s cool to have been included in this”, but no, it was a very stressful and anxiety-provoking day.

Duff isn’t the only person who has shared how difficult this experience has been. Wood posted a series of tweets on her now-defunct Twitter account in 2014 in which she condemned the experiment.

“I was almost in tears after this shoot,” Wood tweeted. “They tried this dress on me, I wasn’t comfortable but they told me there was no time because everyone was taking too long with their fittings. Then I was given the choice of wearing flats or heels. I chose flats and was immediately handed heels and told they looked better.

The Westworld actress went on to say that she’s been posing for Vanity Fair since then and her experience was much better than 2003.
